FIELD: metal sheeting machining. SUBSTANCE: device is designed to shape titanium-based metal sheets. Device contains rod shaping members contacting with machined material in furnace space and, beyond thermal chamber, controlling and loading drives whose contacting and mutually displacing parts are separated from furnace space owing to increasing heat chains and decreasing their sections. Drives commanding stock deformation are partially unloaded of stresses from loading drives by brake systems and are connected to computer. Each drive, loading or commanding, is coupled with three rod members rested on globe supports and arranged symmetrically in the same plane. Ends of rod members in furnace space have end pieces whose curvature is approximated to that of shaped objects. EFFECT: improved design. |
