FIELD: nondestructive testing; designed for tuning sensitivity of ultrasonic flaw detectors for ultrasonic testing of bar materials of cylindrical form. SUBSTANCE: sample comprises unspecified number of prisms of cylindrical form with section perpendicular to axis interconnected by face surfaces in unspecified combination with formation of common cylindrical surface. Inclined reflectors are put on face surfaces perpendicular to axes of prisms, straight reflectors are placed on inclined planes in the form of ellipse to form acute angle with axes of prism.
