FIELD: construction engineering, can be used in construction of cast-in-place pile foundations, in construction of artificial structured in capital and military motor engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in sinking of a cylindrical hole, lowering of a moulder with a discharger in it, with simultaneous supply of hardening current-conducting material. When a pulse train at a definite frequency is applied at a definite level, the pile shaft is formed, and the holes in the moulder facilitate formation of the shaft frame. The novelty in the method in the fact that the discharge sinks up to the middle of the moulder section, and after a series of electric discharges the moulder moves to a new height, then 2-3 discharges are accomplished, and the discharger moves with the same step to a new level. In the process of construction the pile acquires a shaft spatial frame staggered on its surface. Each taken separately frame member has a shape close to a cone, and its length makes up 8 to 12 cm. Consumption of mortar is reduced by 1.15 to 1.25 time, and process power intensity - by 1.3 to 1.4 time. EFFECT: reduced consumption of materials, power resources, time of pile sinking. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
