SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes compound of formula (I) wherein R is saturated or unsaturated alkyl group with straight or branched chain containing from 4 to 12 carbon atoms which is optionally substituted by hydroxy group and may contain ring structures and in which at least one carbon atom containing no hydroxy group is substituted by one more halogen atoms or azido groups, and compound I drug precursor in which one or more hydroxy groups are masked in the form of groups capable of reducing hydroxy groups under in vino conditions, in pure form or as admixture. Compounds produce antiinflammatory and immune-modulating effect and also show strong activity, stimulate differentiation and inhibit undesirable growth of some cells. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process, improved properties of the pharmaceutical composition and improved method of treatment.
