The workpiece holder carriage (8) has a fixed hydraulically centred holder mandrel (9) which has outlets (10) distributed over its length for hydraulic centering. The holder mandrel has a driver (11) for the nozzle body (2) placed on the holder mandrel. The nozzle body has a cylindrical cavity (12) for the holder mandrel and is rotated on the axis (3) of this cavity. The holder mandrel has a hole (14) passing through it longitudinally and which contains the drive spindle (15) of a profiled grinder and polisher implement (16) driven by a motor (17) on the workpiece holder carriage.
