PURPOSE:To improve the extent of actuation efficiency, by setting a diaphragm down to an oval and a turning fulcrum part to a rectangle or a square, respectively, while holding this diaphragm by piston plates in between. CONSTITUTION:Each of diaphragms 7 and 7a of casings 5 and 5a in a pump house is formed into an oval, and each turning fulcrum parts 30 and 30a of driving levers 3 and 3a tightly attached to a driving part of these diaphragms 7 and 7a is formed into a rectangle or a square. These diaphragms 7 and 7a are held in between by piston plates 9 and 9a being almost the same form of the outer circumference. Therefore, characteristic frequency in a vibration system can be set within the range of power frequency, so that pumping efficiency is improvable. |
