PURPOSE: To provide a squeezing method capable of exceedingly improving a squeezing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a food producing process, at squeezing a liquid component in a raw material by pressing through a filter cloth, the squeezing is performed under low pressure only at first, then αstopβ and αpress under high pressureβ are repeated until a squeezing of a prescribed amount is attained. Especially, the method is more efficiently applied as a squeezing method of a raw material of a high fibrous material. Even for a migration of gas such as air into the squeezing solution, the squeezing solution is able to be efficiently recovered by a vacuum pump. Furthermore, at squeezing of a raw material abundantly containing starch such as root vegetables raw material, previously a squeezing condition making the starch not to remain in the squeezed lees is able to be set, and the squeezing treatment is readily and surely performed in suitable conditions for various raw materials by using the objective method. |
