PURPOSE: To prevent such a phenomenon that an offensive smell becomes strong or a stirring motor becomes an overload state because moisture becomes much with the lapse of a use time and a clayey solid is formed, by making the cross- sectional shape of a stirring blade almost triangular and arranging one side thereof in parallel to the rotary plane of the stirring blade. CONSTITUTION: A stirring blade has an almost triangular cross-sectional shape and is arranged so that one side thereof becomes parallel to the rotary plane of the stirring blade. Both vertical angles 31, 32 holding one side 30 therebetween are set to an acute angle of 60 deg. or less. The stirring blade repeats forward and reverse rotations alternately. By this constitution, the stirring blade advances so as to cut a culture base material at an acute angle equal to or less than an attack angle of 60 deg. to the rotary plane of the stirring blade in both of forward and reverse rotations even if the culture base material contains moisture to become to have a high viscosity and can be rotated so as to push aside the culture base material. Therefore, rotary torque may be small and the culture base material moves so as to smoothly flow along the slopes of a triangle to be mixed and stirred.
