PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit for an integrated electronic switch without giving effect on a normal operation. SOLUTION: Input stages T2, T1 are included in an input section (E) in a control path of a switch I, the input side is coupled with the control signal input section E and its output side is coupled with a control electrode of the switch I. Protection circuits D1, Z2 inserted between a load C and the control path include a threshold effect component Z2 and a decoupling element D1. The protection circuits are conductive with a current resulting from an overvoltage caused in the load C and coupled with the input section of the input stages T2, T1 so as to act on the switch I according to the control signal of the switch I. |
