PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate such as a door trim by simple steps by straightening the warpage of a base material without forming a skin sheet in a sheet state. CONSTITUTION: A woody base material 11 (bending elastic modulus of 300kg/mm<2> , and air permeability of 0.1cc/cm<2> sec) of a door trim shape is set in a lower mold 20. The cavity 20b of the mold 20 is pressure-reduced by a pressure reducing unit 22, and sucked by the pressure (0.5atm) capable of straightening the warpage of the material 11 via a vent hole 20c. Molten polypropylene resin 12 melt to become a skin material is supplied to the upper surface of the material 11, and pressed to an upper mold 21. Then, the sucking is released, the molten polypropylene resin 12 melt is cooled and cured to manufacture a door trim in which the skin material is laminated integrally with the material 11. |
