In a car air-condition system which has a blowing fan for introducing the conditioned air into the chamber and a blower motor for rotating the blowing fan according to the control of a micro-computer, the air-conditioning method includes the steps of: (S1)(S2) rotating the blower motor in the reverse direction for a predetermined period of time when it is detected that the air-condition system is in the initial operation, to discharge contaminants remaining in the duck; and (S3)(S4) rotating the blower motor in the right direction when it is detected that the period of time is over.
