FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of polymeric carrier-base immunosorbent. This carrier is treated with solution of virus-specific recombinant antigen and its development in immunoenzyme reaction. Antigen solution is applied at concentration 0.5-5 mcg/ml at amount 50-100 mcl at the room temperature on polymeric carrier and incubated for 1-24 hr. Then antigen excess is removed and polymeric carrier is dried. For immunodiagnosis using obtained immunosorbent disintegrate of intestine coli bacteria is added to incubation medium for immunoenzyme reaction carrying out. After solution removing and drying the polymeric carrier is treated with 10% solution of cleared cattle serum or 5-7% defatted milk solution. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of antibody assay to hepatitis C virus, prolonged specific activity (above 1 year), decreased artefacts amount. |
