FIELD: devices for cleaning compressed gases of liquids on base of centrifugal separators with rotary members. SUBSTANCE: hollow shaft of separator having perforated surface of any form is additionally provided with at least one member regulating area of perforation during passage of flow through interior of shaft. When large amount of liquid gets in separator and pressure exerted on outer wall of shaft rises abruptly, area of holes for escape of liquid from shaft interior increases, thus reducing the time required for emptying the shaft interior as compared with fixed perforations. EFFECT: improved quality of separation in case of pulsation in content of liquid and passage of liquid locks; enhanced reliability and high safety of separator operation. |
