FIELD: welding; rail car manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: end face walls 5 are mounted on body frame, their position relative to frame longitudinal axis 7 is checked and aligned, the inside walls 8 are installed on frame and fixed by means of bracing clamps engaged with edges of window and door apertures of sides, roof is mounted on end face walls 5 and side walls 8, position of sides is checked and aligned by axes 6, 14, roof is pressed to walls 5, side walls 8 are pressed to roof lining, and end face walls 5 are connected with frame 2 and side walls and roof bindings by welding. Novelty is that, prior to mounting the roof, side walls 8 are tilted to each other and their angular position is fixed by means of bracing clamps within relative cross shift of bindings of wall and roof lowered onto walls. Checking and alignment of side walls is combined with pressing them to edges of roof lining by means of bracing clamps. EFFECT: improved external appearance of passenger car body in roof and side wall joints. 3 dwg |
