FIELD: processes of electrophysical and electrochemical methods of machining of current-conducting materials, can be used in rendering harmless of combat shells and cartridges, as well as of exploders of other kinds made of current-conducting materials. SUBSTANCE: using the known motivation of the method with a certain elaboration of it in the conditions of manufacturing plant by formula described in the substance of the subject of invention, it is possible to carry out operations of cutting of military equipment objects with a great saving materials they are consist of, which is rather problematic for a usual process of conversion programs, since such operations usually do not provide any saving of materials in product of military equipment. In our case in becomes possible due to a new approach to the process of rendering harmless of shells and cartridges: - prevention of probable getting of sparks in the area of powder charge; - guaranteed cut-off of process current in resilient machining conditions in the zone of contact of the while and body area being machined; - possibility of preservation of powder charge by a micrometric film of burrs formed in transitions from one material to another one. EFFECT: considerable saving of separated materials and possibility of their reuse, where a high precision of machining of conjugated surfaces of warhead components is not required. |
