<p>PURPOSE: To easily correct data and resend them in real time by correcting pixels constituting a cell which is lost by an error correction means when the cell is lost on a transmission line and error corrections by an error correction code means is insufficient. CONSTITUTION: Data SDH and STM-1 are inputted to an input terminal 1, their frames are separated in cell units by a separating circuit 21, and a deassembler 22 separates the cells into video, audio, and control data. The video and audio data are inputted to a processor 24 for transmission and the control data are outputted to an output terminal 23. The video data are inputted to a PLL circuit 30 to detect a synchronizing signal and a control signal, and the extracted video data are inputted to an ECC decoder 31 to correct errors of internal codes; and a deshuffling circuit 32 deshuffles pixels, and the ECC decoder 33 corrects errors of external codes. The video data are inputted to a video error concealing circuit 34, which corrects pixels of the video data that can not be corrected; and an expanding multiplexing circuit 35 expands and multiplexes the data and outputs ATM cells to an SDI terminal.</p> |
