The adhesive composition comprises water-dispersion acrylic copolymer (60-90 wt %), epoxy compound (5-20 wt %) having more than one epoxy group in a molecular, melanin formaldehyde resin(2-15 wt %) and the third grade amine(0.01-2.0 wt %). The water-dispersion acrylic copolymer comprises acrylonitrile 10-50 wt%, alkylacrylate 40-80 wt% and meta-acrylic acid 1-10 wt%.
