PURPOSE: To simplify a gas communicating structure between an oxygen containing gas inflow port and a discharge port or the like on the bottom part side of a cell accumulated body and an external passage. CONSTITUTION: A cell accumulated body NC by layering plate-like cells C of a fiel cell having an oxygen containing gas passage (s) and a fuel gas passage (f), is placed on an opposed member 11. Among an oxygen containing gas inflow port (sk) and an oxygen containing gas discharge port (sh) respectively communicated with an inlet (si) and an outlet (so) of the oxygen containing gas passage (s) and a fuel gas inflow port and a fuel gas discharge port respectively communicated with an inlet and an outlet of the fuel gas passage (f), (sk and sh) are formed in cell bottom members 19 in a downward proceeding opening condition. Plural communicating holes 11b connected with plural external passages 15 and 16 continuously arranged on the under side of the opposed member 11, are formed by being positioned so as to correspond to the respective gas inflow- discharge ports (sk and sh), and a gas leakage preventive sealing material is arranged around a communicating place with the communicating holes 11b corresponding to the gas inflow-discharge ports (sk and sh) arranged in the cell bottom members 19. |
