PURPOSE: A balancing apparatus for collecting salt is provided to enable users to easily carry the collected salt from a salt farm using a salt transfer bogie. CONSTITUTION: A balancing apparatus for collecting salt comprises the following: a base(10) moveably installed on a rail formed in a salt farm; a post(20) installed on the base to be rotated to the left and right directions; an arm unit(40) installed on the post to be rotated to the up and down directions; an arm cylinder(30) rotatably supporting the arm unit; an attachment(60) for clamping salt, formed in a bucket shape and combined to the end of the arm unit; a driving unit(70) enabling users to move and operate the attachment by holding the driving unit; and a controller(80) maintaining the balance of the arm unit, and controlling the operation of the arm cylinder. The driving unit includes a handle(71) and an operation panel(72).
