PURPOSE: To provide a more inexpensive in-circuit emulator device which can operate even at a part of the high processing speed of a CPU. CONSTITUTION: A register converter 7 is prepared to convert the execution signal of the CPU of a computer device operating at a high speed into a low speed signal, together with a trace result store memory 9 which is included in an in-circuit emulator device to store the execution state of the CPU. In such a constitution, the high speed operation signal of the computer device is converted into a low speed signal by the converter 7 and then merged into a signal of a low speed execution state. Then the execution state of the CPU is stored in the memory 9 of the in-circuit emulator device. |
