PURPOSE: To let an operator to concentrate in plant monitoring without being affected by the recording of plant data in a hard copy in the plant monitoring. CONSTITUTION: In plant central monitoring in which every kind of data is fetched from the constitutional equipment of a plant 1, and monitoring screen information to be displayed on plural display devices 5 is displayed by editing and generating every kind of data, and also, the monitoring screen information displayed on the screen of the display device 5 designated by a copy command when it is inputted is outputted from a hard copying machine 4 as the hard copy, the monitoring screen information designated in advance is generated by using every kind of data at a time when a prescribed condition in which a plant state is set in advance is satisfied is generated, and it is outputted from the hard copying machine 4 as the hard copy without displaying on the display device 5.
