PURPOSE: To improve ion mobility and electrical conductivity by dissolving a solute of quaternary ammonium salt in a mixed solvent of aliphatic monocarboxylate and ethylene carbonate. CONSTITUTION: A solute of quaternary ammonium salt is dissolved in a mixed solvent of aliphatic monocarboxylate and ethylene carbonate. The mixed solvent is composed of 10-60wt.% aliphatic monocarboxylate and 90-40wt.% ethylene carbonate. As for the quaternary ammonium salt to be used as solute, one of the following materials or the mixture of two or more of the following materials is used: tetraethylammonium borofluoride, triethylmethylammonium borofluoride, tetraethylammonium phosphofluoride and triethylmethylammonium phosphofluoride. The quantity of the quaternary ammonium dissolved in the electrolyte is 0.5-2.0mol concentration. |
