PURPOSE: To facilitate the evaluation and testing of input characteristics. CONSTITUTION: This logic integrated circuit chip is provided with an input pad group PI, an output pad group PO, a function module 10 which performs logical processing, an input buffer part 15 which inputs logic signals corresponding to voltage signals inputted to the input pad group PI to the function module 10, an output buffer part 20 which drives the output pad group PO according to the result of the logical processing obtained from the function module 10, and a multiplexer part 30 which inhibits the result of the logical processing from being supplied to the input buffer part 20 in test mode and supplies a logic signal obtained from the input buffer part 15 corresponding to a voltage signal inputted as a test pattern to the input pad group PI to the output buffer part. |
