<p>PURPOSE: To collect process data even when abnormality occurs in data collection processing time by providing results time series time and processing to be started up at a timing when prescribed frequencies of edit of time series data are completed and by processing such two processing by a time series condition. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous value is fetched by a fixed period data request in digital communication control equipment data link processing based on the instantaneous value in which a facility signal is data-scanned from a plant 1 by digital communication control equipment 2 at every second, and it is file- stored in an instantaneous process data file 4. Moreover, the file storage of a process data file 6 of time series is performed by process data collection processing 5. A result time series time file 7 in which fixed periodical timer time is stored as a time set as the key of process data collection is provided, and moreover, processing 8 to be started up when the prescribed frequencies of edit for the time series data are completed when time is overlapped is provided, and the process data collection is stabilized by processing such two processing by the time series condition.</p> |
