PURPOSE: To provide position information of a portable terminal equipment between the portable terminal equipment and a base station by grouping plural portable terminal equipments and obtaining the portable terminal equipment and the base station or the like recognizing the position of the other portable terminal equipment even in the grouped portable terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal equipment 1 requests a group registration grouping portable terminal equipments 1, 2 to a base station 3 and the base station 3 registers the information of location in a service area of the base station 3 and of the group to a terminal information table as to the portable terminal equipments 1, 2. When the portable terminal equipment 2 is apart from the service area of the base station 3, the terminal information table is rewritten and it is reported to the portable terminal equipment 1 that the portable terminal equipment 2 is apart from the service area of the base station 3.
