<p>A cutting implement blade profile or microtoothing is disclosed. The microtoothing consists of a plurality of microedges (8, 10) defined by a plurality of short microbevels (6, 7) forming a short microbevel section and alternated with at least one long microbevel (4, 5) forming a long microbevel section, said short microbevel (6, 7) and long microbevel (4, 5) sections being provided on each of the side surfaces (2, 12) of the blade, so that the microtoothing along the blade consists of a plurality of successive spaces E or cutting spaces each comprising microbevels on either side of the blade edge which include at least one plurality of short microbevels (6, 7) and at least one long microbevel (4, 5).</p> |
