<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise sensitivity, to lower a cost and to easily manufacture and dispose a mechanical accessory by successively connecting one of the poles of a detection circuit to the respective corners of a metal sticking layer and connecting the other pole (ground) to the opposite corners. SOLUTION: A rectangular plate 1 made of glass to which a transparent metal sticking layer is continuously stuck is provided and the four corners of the plate 1 are supported by flexible strips 1A-1D to which strain meters 7A-7D are fixed. The strips 1A-1D can electrically connect the metal sticking layer of the plate 1 made of the glass and an electronic circuit present next to it. For the connection, a serial capacitor 3 is provided and the electronic circuit is provided with a high frequency supply circuit 2 and a computer 9. Then, the detection circuit 6 is provided, one of the poles of the detection circuit 6 is successively connected to the respective corners of the metal sticking layer, the opposite corners are connected to the other pole of the detection circuit 6, that is the ground, and the remaining two corners are in a non-connection state.</p> |
