The device comprises the incorporation, at one end of a handle bar (30), of two parts coupled to each other (1 and 10) which have an external cylindrical configuration and are provided with perforations, the part (10) presenting internally two delimited slits which form a harmonic and synchronous path for two lugs (18 and 18') emerging from the upper portion of two grooves (4 and 5) provided in the part (1) and having at the bottom a cylindrical area wherein are housed two set screws (20-21) which retain the cables (32 and 33) which, when moved appropriately, pull the return springs of the shifters of the pinions and plates (34 and 35) so that, with a single device, the appropriate development can be obtained in a single rotational motion of the hand.
