a LPF(Low Pass Filter) for having a variable capacitor (CD5) and a resister (R30) in order to delay it by 45 deg the emitter edge signal (V11) of a X-tall (Xt) at the base, to maintain 1/SQRT(2) a size of the emitter edge signal; a differential amplifier for inputting the output of the LPF and the signal generated from the emitter edge of the transistor (Q37) through transistors (Q38,Q39), including transistors (Q40,Q41)(Q42,Q43) to maintain 90 deg a phase difference of two signals; a crystall (Xt) for band-passing by inputting the signal (V10) from an OP-AMP (A) inputted the outputs (V3,V4) of the differential amplifier; a differential amplifier having transistors (Q14-Q23,Q33-Q36) and resistors (R7-R13)(R24-R29) to amplify the two signal difference by inputting the emitter edge signal (V5,V6) of transistors (Q38,Q39); a LPF low-passing and inputting the emitter edge signal of buffer transistors (Q12,Q13) which is inputted the output signals (V7,V8) of the differential amplifier at the base edge through the variable capacitors (D3,D4) and buffer transistors (Q8,Q9), and having resistors (R4,R5) and variable capacitors (CD1,CD2); a differential amplifier having transistors (Q3-Q5,Q27) (Q1,Q2,Q24-Q26) and resistors (R2,R3,R18)(R1,R16,R17); a capacitor (C2) for filtering the DC output (V9) of the differential amplifier, and changing the capacitance of the variable capacitance (CD5), and outputting a stable oscillation frequency by receiving phase.
