Prodn. of nutrition materials (I) for premature (A) and suckling (B) offspring, and for diets (C) is claimed. (I) are produced from milk, milk components and milk prods. from mammals, adapted to the physiological requirements of the gps. (A)-(C). At least a part of the beta -lactoglobulins in (I) are in the form of monomers; the ratio alpha -lactoglobulin to beta -lactoglobulin in the milk protein part is > 0.8; the ratio beta -casein to alpha -s-casein in the casein portion is > 1.0; and (I) comprises unaltered mammalian milk or mammalian milk enriched only with fat and/or carbohydrate. (I) is also claimed. |
