PURPOSE: To obtain a device that does not require independent operations in tightening, releasing and opening by providing it with a mechanical transmission member to place a clamp locker to the release position under working pressure, then release a band and release the constraining closure. CONSTITUTION: A tightening device has a closure 1 with a closure housing 2, and a clamp locker 3 is rotatably retained with a pin 4 at the center of the housing 2. A tightening band 5 runs between the bottom 6 of the housing 2 and the clamp locker 3, and the band 5 has curved parts 5a and 5b. A band end of the housing side end is mounted on a cap 7 at the part 5b, and the cap 7 forms a part of a constraining closure 8. When the band 5 is stretched to the direction of an arrow mark 9, the clamp locker 3 is upwardly rotated to the direction of an arrow 10, a clamp edge 11 links into the band 5 and constrains the band 5 slidingly returning to the direction of an arrow mark 9. |
