PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of simplifying the external shape of an injection nozzle in the injection nozzle fixed to a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A flange 4 is provided, as a recessed part, with one side opened two surface side parts corresponding to a locking surface belonging to an injection nozzle 2, and acts on an annular or a cylindrical tightening element (9 or pressurizing sleeve 10) separated from the injection nozzle 2, and the tightening element 9 operates in association with a tightening shoulder (11 or elastic ring 13) capable of being disposed separately in the outer peripheral area of the injection nozzle 2.
