PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a guiding introducer system for use in a specified electro- physiological treatment of a left ventricle by introducing an ablating catheter provided with an electrode within a hollow conduit of an inner guiding introducer, by leading the guiding introducer to a specified position in the left ventricle, and by mapping inside the left ventricle by use of the electrode. SOLUTION: A guiding introducer system for use in a treatment of a ventricle tachycardia in a left ventricle comprises an inner guiding introducer and an outer guiding introducer. A first area of the inner guiding introducer is almost straight and slender hollow area having enough span for introducing to a patient and for controlling from an inserted point to a specified desired position in a heart. The second area connecting to a distal edge of the first area of the outer guiding introducer protrudes a tip of the inner guiding introducer in a flat surface and a curving area curved smoothly.
