<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction due to the influence on an ozone sensor caused by the smoke of cigarettes or the like by operating a circulating fan for sucking the air inside a room into the inside of the casing, and circulating it around an ozone lamp for performing deodorization and sterilization by means of generated ozone, and then by discharging it through a blowing-out port. CONSTITUTION: A deodorizing/sterilizing device is operated, and when an ozone lamp 8 is lit, a circulating fan 9 is operated. Thereby, the air inside the room where the deodorizing/sterilizing device body is housed is sucked through an inlet port 5 into the air passage 6 inside a casing 2, so that it is circulated around the ozone lamp 8 for performing deodorization and sterilization. Then it is discharged through a blowing-out port in the upper front face of the casing 2. When an ozone sensor 11 detects the ozone concentration exceeding a prescribed concentration, the ozone lamp 8 is turned off. When a human sensor detects a person, the ozone lamp 8 is turned off, and then the circulating fan 9 is stopped after the lapse of prescribed time. After a person is not detected and then after a prescribed time has elapsed, the operation of the circulating fan 9 is started again.</p> |
