PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a guiding introducer system of a double conduit comprising an outer guiding introducer and an inner guiding introducer for a catheter for mapping or ablating abnormal conductive passages around the mitral value from the left ventricle by a retrograde approach. SOLUTION: Each of an inner and outer guiding introducers has a slender first area and a curved second area, the second area of the inner guiding introducer has a radius range from about 1.3 cm to 3.8 cm, and a circular arc angle from about 45 deg. to 135 deg., the second area of the outer guiding introducer has a radius range from 2.5 cm to 5.1 cm, and a circular arc angle from about 135 deg. to 225 deg.. A whole shape can be variously formed by a protruding condition and a rotation of the inner guiding introducer within the outer guiding introducer.
