PURPOSE: To obtain an acrylic tackifying sheet which is useful in bonding car parts or building materials by heat-polymerizing a composition comprising mixed vinyl monomers, a specific porous inorganic fine particles and a thermally decomposable radical polymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION: This sheet is obtained by feeding a thermally polymerizable composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl monomer mixture containing (i) an alkyl (meth)acrylate and (ii) a vinyl monomer bearing a polar group, (B) 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a porous inorganic fine particles of >=100μm average particle size and (C) a thermally decomposable polymerization initiator into a screw extruder to effect thermal polymerization. Instead of the component B, (D) 1-25 pts.wt. of flattened inorganic fine particles of <=50μm average particle size, (E) 5-80 pts.wt. of non-polar organic fine particles of 1-100μm average particle size or (F) 5-70 pts.wt. of cross-linked organic fine particles of 6-100μm average particle may be used. |
