发明名称 FACING STABILITY CONTROL DEVICE IN MUDDY WATER TYPE SHIELD MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE: To improve workability by providing a computing device comparing working face data detected by a working face data detecting means with viscosity of muddy water measured by a viscosimeter so as to obtain a thickener addition quantity, and a thickener feed means for a mud feed pipe. CONSTITUTION: A computing device 62 monitors stability of a facing based on facing data, and judges the condition of muddy water from data detected with a viscosimeter 60, a flowmeter 64, and a densimeter 68 provided on a mud feed pipe 44. Next, the degree of collapse of the facing is judged from data of a flowmeter 66 and a viscosimeter 70 provided on a mud discharge pipe 48. Next, the device 62 computes a drilled dry sand quantity and a drilled deviated flow, and when looseness of the facing and the like is expected, outputs control signals for a thickener quantity necessary for obtaining appropriate viscosity of muddy water and a filling material quantity necessary for preventing mud release. Further, pump control devices 72, 74 receive the signals, and control snake pumps 56, 58 so as to feed necessary quantities of thickener and filling material to the pipe 44. Hereby, muddy water can be quickly adjusted according to change in working face, and ground facilities can be reduced.
