PURPOSE: To improve the mechanical strength of a high-speed rotary motor, using a rare-earth permanent magnet, and a large type magnetic circuit, and also to improve the reliability in weatherproofness of the above-mentioned motor and circuit. CONSTITUTION: The subject rare earth permanent magnet has the fundamental component of raw material of R (R indicates at least a kind of rare earth element containing Y), Fe and B, desirably an R2 Fe14 B phase or an R2 Fe17 phase is formed on the interface between the alloy, containing 0.1 to 0.3% in atomic ratio of at least a kind selected from Cu, Ga, Au, Ag, Pd, In, Al and Sn, steel material or an iron-based alloy, and they are formed in one body. Also, a magnetic circuit is formed using a soft magnetic body as a connecting material. As a result, the process of assembling a high-speed rotary motor and a large type magnetic circuit can be simplified sharply, and the reliability in mechanical strength and weatherproofness can be improved remarkably. |
