At this time, when 'outer peripheral line connecting direction' being different from a previously set value is designated in the respective continuous polygons of another element, the traverse processing part 11 being the upper layer gives the 'outer peripheral line connecting direction' designated at each polygon data to the plotting data converting part 13 as outer peripheral line attribute data.
