PURPOSE: To judge whether a scheduled number of printed circuit boards can be produced or not by storing component information at a remaining component database, a required number of each component for each printed circuit board at a required number database, and a number of stocks for each component type at a stock component database. CONSTITUTION: Using input information of databases 2-5 and information such as production schedule from an input part 6, calculation is performed by a calculation processing part 7 before producing each printed circuit board. The calculation processing part 7 acquires such information as the name of a printed circuit board to be produced next and the number of printed circuit boards to be produced from the production schedule database 5, such information as the required number of components from the required number database 3, and the number of the remaining components from the remaining part database 2. Then, the number of components required for production is calculated, the number of printed circuit boards to be continuously produced is calculated, and a database 10 for the number of printed circuit boards to be continuously produced is created. |
