Food dispensing machine for fattening geese or other web-footed birds

The machine has a hopper(2) in which is installed an endless screw lift conveyor(3) for distributing a certain quantity of feed into a food transfer system(5). The system(5) is controlled by food weight/quantity controller(6) which ensures that individual food rations are delivered to a feeder(7). The controller(6) includes at least a weight detector(10) by which the transfer system(5) is integrally supported on a support structure. The weighed individual food ration dispensing is controlled by measuring the loss in weight of the transfer system(5).
