<p>PURPOSE: To write data at a high speed with a decoder by using a general purpose PROM writer by connecting a bit line in accordance with writing data of one word to a constant current circuit. CONSTITUTION: A decoder 7 selects a bit line 1 corresponding to a high order address and connects a constant current source 5 to a sense amplifier 4 through a switch TR3. A decoder 9 selects a word line 2 corresponding to a low order address. When an address and writing data are given from a general purpose PROM writer in a writing mode, an anti-fuse 10 placed at the intersection of the bit line 1 and the word line 2 is selected, a constant current is made to flow from the constant current source 5. An anti-fuse 10 of one word is shifted to an on-state in accordance with writing data. Thereby, constant current writing in which variance of on-resistance is less can be performed at a high speed.</p> |
