A sewn cover assembly comprises cover elements preformed in predetermined shape. The cover elements are sewn together by a sewing machine using two different threads to form the cover assembly. The first thread is of an elastic and flexible property and is thicker than the second thread. A sewn cover assembly comprises cover elements (3, 4) preformed in predetermined shape. The cover elements are sewn together by a sewing machine (M) using two different threads (1, 2) to form the cover assembly. The first thread is of an elastic and flexible property and is thicker than the second thread. The sewn cover assembly undergoes a foaming process, where it is injected with liquid foaming material and the foaming material is then cured. |
