PURPOSE: To attain efficient vehicle distribution by reducing errors between expected calculation values in the moving time and moving distance of a vehicle to be distributed and practical values. CONSTITUTION: This vehicle distribution plan system for calculating the moving time and moving distance of a vehicle to be distributed is provided with a distribution slip input file 16 for managing a distribution slip to which the information of a distributing destination is not added, a distribution slip output file 17 for managing the added distribution slip, art address code table 14 storing relation between district names in the whole country and address codes, and an address data conversion control part 12 for converting address data into a prescribed format. The system is also provided with a positional information master file 15 for storing positional information in each address district unit, a positional information acquisition control part 13 for acquiring positional information based upon the converted address data, and a positional information addition control part 11 for receiving the conversion data of the delivering destination address data extracted from the distribution slip, adding the acquired positional information to the received conversion data and outputting a distribution slip. |
