PURPOSE: To improve the relation between sensitivity and sharpness of a silver halide color photographic material. CONSTITUTION: In a silver halide color photographic material having at least one layer each of blue, green and red photosensitive silver halide emulsion layers applied onto a support body, at least one kind of the blue, green and red silver halide emulsion layers is applied in order of low, middle and high sensitivity silver halide emulsion layers from the side close to the support body, the average grain thickness of all silver halide grains in the low sensitivity silver halide emulsion layer is 0.15μm or more and less than 0.25μm, the average grain thickness of all silver halide grain in the middle sensitivity silver halide emulsion layer is 0.15μm or more and less than 0.25μm, and the average grain thickness of all silver halide grains int he high sensitivity silver halide emulsion layer is 0.15μm or more and less than 0.25μm.
