PURPOSE: To drastically improve cooling efficiency of electronic parts using a cooling device for cooling electronic parts generating heat such as a rectifier diode more than before. CONSTITUTION: One portion of the outer periphery of a plurality of looped pipelines where a refrigerant is circulated is connected to the other surface of a cold plate 31 where electronic parts 33 are placed on one surface and at the same time a header tank 39 is included in a plurality of looped paths. Also, a plurality of looped pipelines are formed by a multiple-hole-pipe container 35. |
