<p>PURPOSE: To provide an automatic ticket examination device having a front-rear inverting function and capable of quickly and surely processing plural ticket examination media having respectively different sizes. CONSTITUTION: A ticket examination medium A requiring front-rear inversion distributed by a gate is accepted by a medium storing pocket 51 in a free state. In the pocket 51, a small normal ticket (a passenger ticket) A1 is positioned at its height and width directions by a ticket examination medium receiving member 54 in a pocket size adjusting means 55, a commutation ticket A2 or a large ticket A5 is positioned by the bottom 51A of the pocket 51 and ticket examination media A of all sizes are opposed to a pickup mechanism 8 of an extracting mechanism 52. Each medium is extracted from the pocket 51 so that the rear end side (upper end) of the received medium is turned to the tip side by the operation of the mechanism 68 to execute front-rear inversion.</p> |
