PURPOSE: To obtain a distributed communication processing system for personal handy phone system in which a signal control network and an information communication network are separated and a free number space is taken between different areas. CONSTITUTION: Service providing devices 14A, 14B comprising personal handy phone system information retrieving database and terminal information retrieving database are connected by a LAN via routers 21A, 21B, the caller service providing device 14A retrieves the personal handy phone system information retrieving database on the occurrence from a terminal equipment and sends a called number to the called service providing device 14B, the called party service providing device 14B sends position information corresponding to the called number retrieved by the personal handy phone system information retrieving database to the caller service providing device 14A, the caller service providing device 14A converts position information into a connection number of a public network 11 and connects to the called portable terminal via the public network 11.
