The dispenser consists of a holder (17) for the product cartridge (2) and a fixing (3) for a standard electric drill (4) or screwdriver to operate the piston (5) which expels the product from the cartridge. A transmission unit (6) carries the rotary motion from the drill chuck (7) to the piston. The cartridge holder has a lengthwise frame (8) containing the piston rod (9), and the transmission mechanism is in the form of gears or pulleys which rotate a nut on the threaded piston rod and cause it to travel axially.
