<p>In a process for the removal of dust from a gas, that had been produced by low temperature carbonization, in which the solid particles are separated in a washer by means of an addition of washing oil and the gases, that had been produced by low temperature carbonization, are cooled, the gases, that have been produced by low temperature carbonization, can have dust removed from them to the greatest extent possible by way of the feature that the gases, that have been produced by low temperature carbonization, are intensively wetted in a spray washer with at least two washing stages in the counterflow mode using oils that have condensed out of the gas, that has been produced by low temperature carbonization, and that at least the mass flow, that is generated in the second washing stage and that comprises the washing oil and condensate, is subdivided and is fed both to the first washing stage and to the second washing stage as washing oil.</p> |
